Full Member in good standing before 11:59 PM, Saturday, July 15, 2023
Eligibility for running for an officer role on the Executive Committee (Chairman, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, & Secretary)
1. Full Member in good standing, with dues paid or waiver approved, before 11:59 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2023.  
2. C andidates must be nominated by a Full Member in good standing.

Process for running for office
1. Nominating member must be a full member before 11:59 PM Saturday, July 15, 2023.                                                                                                            2. Nominating member must fill out nomination application.                                                                                                                                                          3. Nominations will be accepted up to 11:59 PM Saturday July 15, 2023
4.  Candidate must fill out candidates form no later than Saturday, July 29th, 2023 at 9 AM
6.  All nomination and candidate forms must be submitted on the form below by the deadlines mentioned above.

Criteria for submitting By-law Amendments to Platform Changes

1. Full Member in good standing on or before Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 11:59pm
2. Amendments must be received by Saturday July 15ths 2023 at 11:59 pm

Any Conflicts with or Questions regarding the Convention Rules will be settled by the Convention Ad Hoc Committee
